Not at all. Our tools are made for beginners, hobbyists, and anyone looking to slow down and enjoy the moment. No experience needed.

Where do you ship from and how long does it take?

We ship worldwide from our studio. Most orders are processed within 2–3 business days. Delivery time depends on your location, usually 7–14 days.

Do you support autism programs?

Yes. A portion of every order helps fund art-based programs for children on the autism spectrum. It’s part of our mission to make creativity more inclusive.

Can I send this as a gift?

Absolutely. Many of our customers gift our kits to loved ones. Add a note at checkout and we’ll pack it with extra care.

What if I need help or want to return something?

Just reach out. We’re a small, kind team and we’re happy to help you with any issue. We offer easy returns and replacements.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is included in the product price for most locations.

If your shipping address is in a remote area, we’ll contact you directly to arrange a small additional fee. We always do our best to keep things fair and transparent.
