1. Returns and Exchanges

1.2 Returns sent without prior contact will not be accepted. Our support team will provide detailed instructions and a return form which must be completed and included in your package. Missing the form may result in no refund.
1.3 For bundled products, returns must include all items in the bundle, including any free or zero-priced items, to qualify for a full refund.
2. Damaged or Defective Items
2.1 Please inspect your order carefully upon receipt. If you find any manufacturing defects, missing items, or damage during shipping, notify us within 7 days with photos so we can resolve the issue promptly.

2.3 Products damaged due to misuse or accidental damage are not eligible for return or exchange. Returned items must be in their original, unused condition.
2.4 We stand behind the quality of our products and will offer a full refund or replacement for any defective items as verified by our team.

3.1 We offer a 60-day risk-free trial on select products for first-time customers. During this period, if you're not fully satisfied, you may request a full refund and keep the product.

3.3 Refund requests under this policy require photo evidence of product use and confirmation that any usage guidance provided by our team was followed.
