Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Time

We currently ship worldwide. Delivery times vary by destination:

  • United States: 5–8 business days

  • Europe: 6–10 business days

  • Asia-Pacific: 7–12 business days

  • Other regions: 10–15 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs clearance or carrier delays.

Shipping Fees

  • Standard Shipping: Free on all orders over $35

  • Orders under $35: Flat rate of $5.95

Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your package through the carrier’s website.

Customs & Duties

Incorrect Address / Failed Delivery
